I moved to Arizona 20 years ago, and made this my home after falling in love with my desert dwelling husband. For me, Sedona was love at first sight. It is the perfect mix of desert and mountains, with a touch of magic that is hard to explain without experiencing it for yourself. From the desert to the mountains, exploring the southwest is where you will find me when I’m not capturing weddings days.
I’ve always been happier outside with dirt between my toes and the wind in my hair. Therefore, elopements hold a special place in my heart. But don’t worry! I clean up well if your perfect wedding is a bit more polished. I tend to bring a more calming energy to your day. But if your dance floor is poppin, you better believe you will find me out in the middle of the action!

Did a lot of research for the perfect elopement photographer and Shannon was that and MORE! Why I became a Sedona wedding photographer
I never tire of exploring the gorgeous red rock vistas and winding trails between manzanita and barking juniper trees. From the well known- more travelled trails, to hidden caves tucked away in canyon walls. I’ve spent thousands of hours wandering the Arizona desert both in my personal time, and helping couples live out their wildest wedding and elopement dreams.
I love helping couples find the perfect wedding portrait locations. I will even help with extra planning if you are eloping! As a Sedona Wedding Photographer, I will coordinate with your vendor to make sure your day goes off without a hitch. Then, I will help plan an adventure that is the right mix of gorgeous views, while avoiding overcrowded trailheads or crazy lines just to snag a few portraits at a popular overlook.
