Schnepf Farms wedding venue inspiration in The Meadow

Have you dreamed of a wedding surrounded by towering pine trees with a rustic mountain-y feel, but thought it was impossible to achieve close to Phoenix? Great news! The Meadow at Schnepf Farms has a whimsical forest setting that is perfect for intimate weddings looking for a private enchanted escape from the city.

When I was invited by one of my favorite wedding planners to come to a styled editorial at Schnepf Farms, I was intrigued to see what they had to offer. As an Arizona elopement and intimate wedding photographer, I am always looking for options for my couples craving an outdoorsy feel, while still wanting a location that is easily accessible and convenient for their family and friends to be a part of their day. The Meadow at Schnepf Farms fits this perfectly. From the moment I parked by a large white picket fence lined field and walked through the pine trees into this secluded green meadow, it felt like I was transported to a wooded location in the mountains.

The field across the way is one of the most incredible sunset spots I’ve seen at any venue. The way the light streams through the large evergreens creates a magical atmosphere that glows in images. I absolutely love this location as a best of both worlds option for outdoorsy couples, who still want a way to have the comforts of a more traditional venue.
