One More Adventure Before Packing Away the Wedding Clothes
Not every couple wants to disappear for hours on their wedding day to chase epic portraits.
Tiffany and Steven wanted to spend their wedding fully present with family, so instead of squeezing everything into one timeline, they saved their adventure portraits for another day. That gave them the freedom to slow down, head back into the mountains, and enjoy one more adventure together without ever feeling rushed.
We met up along Arizona’s Mogollon Rim as the light softened toward sunset. The overlooks stretched for miles across the pine forests, and little patches of snow still lingered in the shade, a reminder that spring hadn’t quite finished settling into the high country.
From there we wandered over to Woods Canyon Lake, taking our time along the shoreline as the evening unfolded. The last bit of sunlight filtered through the pines while they explored, laughed together, and shared a quiet first dance on the edge of the lake before the sun disappeared behind the trees.

- No rushing off to the next part of the day.
Just the two of them, dressed back up in their wedding clothes, carrying ridiculously gorgeous boho florals, and soaking up one more evening together before the weekend came to an end.
