Mercy and Matthew’s Sedona elopement was a laid-back adventure in the heart of red rock country. With a boho vibe of rusty oranges, burgundies, and creams, they rocked a tux and a long sleeved lace wedding dress, ready to soak up the desert’s raw beauty.
They started at an Airbnb, helping each other get ready for their intimate ceremony with ten family members led by Patricia of Earth Elopements. A champagne toast and family photos captured the easygoing mood. As sunset hit, we slipped away to Secret Slick Rock and Lovers Knoll where they could exchange private vows with epic cliffs in the background. Their photos are pure them—Mercy’s beige fuzzy jacket over her dress, Matthew squinting with a smirk, and piggyback rides that scream their fun, flirty energy.
Their after celebrations consisted of a night of dinner at Cucina Rustica, and a week later, they turned it up in Phoenix with a 200-guest reception. BBQ, speeches, and nonstop dancing under the desert sky made it a night to remember, full of their untamed spirit.
This was Mercy and Matthew at their core—free, real, and all-in. From Sedona’s rugged trails to Phoenix’s electric party, their photos freeze every laugh, glance, and wild moment, built to bring back that young, fearless love for years to come.
Wow wow wow! Really hard to type a review in a few sentences to describe how incredibly thankful we are for Shannon.
From the get-go, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made my husband and I feel comfortable throughout the entire planning process. It was really led by us and making our dreams come true, which I really appreciated. She made a package work for us with a payment plan that was doable, included both the elopement day in Sedona Arizona and our reception a week later in Phoenix.
The day of elopement was so smooth and she was a pro at getting all the pictures coordinated and making sure our vision came to life. It really was a fairy tale day and i felt free to be myself and enjoy the day with my husband. I really didn’t even have to think about what was next, she coordinated the driving and locations and we just enjoyed the process along the way. Her location suggestions were so dreamy and magical and she does a great job at allowing you to be YOU and have the day be exactly what you could only dream of.
NOT TO MENTION, the final pictures were even better then we could of ever imagined. We got soooo many gems that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. With all that being said, I couldn’t hype her up enough. She is the only women I’d go to a million times over to make our dream elopement happen. Thank you Shannon!!
